That, JOSE L. LOPEZ, for and in consideration of payment of the sum of $2,500.00, (This amount must be paid within 1 year of this agreement) the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to VANESA MORIS assigns the following property:

1993 MAZDA 626 LX, 4 DOOR SEDAN; VIN #1YVGE22A2P5202847

I hereby warrant that I am the lawful owner of said property and that I have full legal right, power and authority to sell said property.
